Free PDF tools

For the currently available free PDF tools, the PDF files you select are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to our server. The site currently has no user accounts, paid checkout, advertising trackers, or third-party analytics in its own code.

Technical and contact information

When you visit the site, our hosting service may process standard technical information such as your IP address, request time, requested page, and browser user agent in server access and security logs. We use this information to serve the site, troubleshoot problems, and protect it from abuse. The site is hosted on a Vultr server in the United States. If you email support, we process your email address and message to respond; the support mailbox is provided by Google. These providers may process information outside your country.

We retain technical logs and support messages only as needed for the above purposes and applicable recordkeeping duties. You may contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information relating to you, subject to applicable law and our ability to identify the relevant records.

Planned AI features

The planned AI features are not active. We do not currently accept PDF uploads for AI processing.

Before enabling them, we will update this policy to identify the AI processing provider, data categories, retention periods, and any international transfers, and explain the available controls before collecting such documents.
