Terms of Service

Effective date: 25 September 2026.

Paperless Tools is operated by Guangzhou Sunxingzhe E-commerce Co., Ltd. (Chinese registered name: 广州孙行者电子商务有限公司; the “Operator”). The English name is a translation for convenience, not a separate registered entity. For product support, contact derotuibs@gmail.com.

Currently available tools

The currently available PDF merge, page extraction, and rotation tools are free to use. They run in your browser; PDF files selected for these tools are not uploaded to our server. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to process your documents, for checking the resulting files, and for keeping copies of your originals. Do not use the site in violation of applicable law or the rights of others.

We aim to keep the free tools available, but provide them without a guarantee of uninterrupted service or suitability for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Planned Pro service

The displayed Pro package of $9 per month and 100 AI document credits per month is a planned, unavailable service, not an offer to sell. No account, checkout, payment, AI document upload, or AI credit is available yet.

Before any sale, we will publish the final included features, credit rules, usage limits, data handling, subscription and cancellation details, and updated terms. If checkout is later offered through Paddle, Paddle's buyer terms will govern the purchase and payment, while these terms will govern use of our product, subject to any updated product terms shown before purchase.

Updates and contact
